The main road from downtown Austin out west through Eanes ISD is Bee Caves Road also known as FM 2244. FM 2244 is a four lane road that runs from the IHOP at Zilker Park all the way to the Village Of Bee Cave where you'll find the new Hill Country Galleria and Spanish Oaks Country Club. The Eanes ISD portion of this corridor is divided between two main zip code areas: 78733 to the west and 78746 to the east. In general, homes in the Austin Lake Hills and Austin Lake Estates section of the 78733 zip code area (off Cuernavaca Road) are less expensive than homes in the 78746 zip code which is where West Lake Hills and Rollingwood are located.
